Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding of team member to their prospective project teams * Escalate project issues to Project Manager and/or management for resolution * Acts as the point-of-contact for team resource matters resolves/escalate issues * Track team schedules, allocations and assignments * Access management - ensure that resources (new and current) have all the necessary access that they need * Regular Performance review feedback from client * Weekly check in with management * Attendance and leave reporting Qualifications * Experience in a similar role in an IT consulting/service delivery organization for at least 5 years * Able to keep Ad-Hoc project team(s) focused, energized and running smoothly * Facilitate team(s) breakdown of work into actionable efforts, retrospectives of work undertaken and planning sessions for future work.
