She is a founder of a non-profit organization (Next Step Foundation) delivering education and free meals to over 300 underprivileged students.

Kathleen C.O’Leary, for the first decade of her career, she worked in the commercial real estate sector managing international supply chain, construction operations, and business development strategy. Since 2012, Katie has focused on serving emerging and high-growth firms in their efforts to commercialize innovative services and technologies. She has worked for a private equity firm focusing investments in renewable power generation, with a government contractor bringing to market an IoT energy efficiency & security solution, a big data/AI solution provider of an open-source business intelligence serving multinational customers across North American & Europe and an innovative cybersecurity firm based in Tel Aviv. Most recently, she served as a strategy consultant with Allwyn during the development of their ingenious property data solution, OneRoof, and is excited about the growth ahead as this product is now ready for wide-spread market adoption!
